For now I am just going to post this over here. I have not been ignoring the city council meetings. In fact I have the audio from both meetings on my computer.
For some reason as you can see in the image every 5 minutes the call was disconnected and I had to call it back and re-enter the code to get back into the call.
I do not know why and I do not want to point fingers or declare wrongdoing until I am absolutely sure. I should be able to know within the next meeting or two.
I connect via Skype and I have a paid subscription to Skype that allows me to call out but I do not have a number for others to call in. When I call others with Skype it shows up as a restricted number. That information is important regarding possible remedies. I'll speak to that after I know more.
